Nothing here says how many pages, what you sell, who is buying, what it should look like, or what a visitor is meant to do. The agent has to guess all of it.

You do not need to understand servers, schemas or protocols to use this. You need a WordPress site, an AI app you already talk to, and a clear idea of what you want. Everything technical happens behind a setting you can leave alone.
The honest version

Marketing pages tend to skip this part. It matters more than the feature list.
Your AI app is good at planning a website and terrible at reaching one. It cannot log into your WordPress admin, and if you ask it for a page it hands you a block of code you then have to paste somewhere. That gap is the whole problem.

Off until you say so
The abilities are disabled when you install the plugin, and locked to the domain you enter. Nothing can connect to a site you have not switched on.
Drafts, not publishing
New pages and posts are created as drafts. Someone still has to press publish, and that someone is you.
Dangerous things are simply absent
Under the default profile, running code, editing files, reaching the database and creating users are not blocked with a warning, those tools never appear in the agent's list at all.

Do I need to know what MCP means?
No. MCP is just the language your AI client and your website use to talk to each other. You install the plugin, paste one configuration into your AI app, and after that you type normal sentences.
Will it break my site?
The default setting blocks the dangerous category of actions outright: running code, touching files, reaching the database, creating users. On top of that, pages are created as drafts, and anything that deletes something has to ask you first, every time.
Do I need to buy anything to try it?

What if I do not have a page builder?

Can I undo something it did?
Content changes are recorded, and drafts mean most work never reaches visitors in the first place. Take a backup before your first real run anyway. That advice has not changed in twenty years of WordPress.
